Embark on a historical hiking tour and learn about the fascinating history of Sugar Land. Hear wonderful stories about how the Imperial Sugar Company began its operation in Sugar Land in 1906, and throughout the years the company owned virtually everything else in the town—the land, the mercantile store, the bank, the grocery. It was a true company town!

Please note: The hike takes place at 10:00 am on the 2nd Saturday of each month and lasts approximately 1-1/2 hours, covering about 1-1/2 miles.

Tours depart the 2nd Saturday of each month at 10:00 am. Meet at the Sugar Land Heritage Museum located on the second floor of 198 Kempner St. Bldg. B. Sugar Land, Texas 77498.

A commemorative mug will be given at the end of the hike. Price is per person.
